Better scans

• Lay the logbook flat in even light, without shadows or glare.
• Fit the whole two-page spread in the frame, including the totals rows.
• Hold the phone square to the page.
• Review flagged cells before exporting. You review every row.

Page credits

One two-page spread uses one page credit. If your pages are missing after reinstalling or on a new phone, open Settings and tap Restore pages (iCloud or Sign in with Apple). If they still don't appear, email us your Apple order ID.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Exporting

Logbook Lens exports files for ForeFlight, LogTen and MyFlightbook. Import steps for each: [GUIDES TO COME].

Deleting your data

Use Delete all data in Settings. See the privacy policy for what our server keeps.
